ONLINE STORE RENTAL TERMS

The owner of the online store greensound.ee (hereinafter the “Online Store”) is OÜ GreenSound (registry code 12061432), located in Estonia.

Validity of the Rental Agreement, Product and Price Information

These rental conditions apply when purchasing rental services from the Online Store.
The rental prices of the products available in the Online Store are indicated next to the products. Value-added tax (VAT) and the fee for delivery of the goods are added to the price. All rental prices of goods in the Online Store are in euros.
The delivery and return fees depend on the buyer’s location and the chosen delivery method. The delivery and return fees are displayed to the buyer when placing the order.
Information about the service is presented directly next to the product in the Online Store.

Placing an Order

To order the rental service, the desired products must be added to the shopping cart. To complete the order, the required data fields must be filled in and a suitable delivery and return method selected. The total payable amount is then displayed on the screen and can be paid securely using the following payment methods:

  • Estonian bank payments

  • Finnish bank payments

  • Latvian bank payments

  • Lithuanian bank payments

  • Visa/Mastercard card payments

  • Apple Pay and Google Pay

  • Payment by invoice

NB! When paying via a bank link, be sure to click the “Return to merchant” button on the bank’s page.

Payments are processed by Maksekeskus AS. Payment takes place outside the Online Store in a secure environment – via a bank link in the secure environment of the respective bank and via credit card in the secure environment of Maksekeskus AS. The seller has no access to the customer’s bank or credit card details. The agreement enters into force from the moment the payable amount is received in the Online Store’s bank account.

The owner of the Online Store is the responsible data controller and forwards the personal data necessary for processing payments to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.

If the rented goods cannot be delivered due to the goods being out of stock or for any other reason, the renter will be informed as soon as possible and the paid amount (including delivery costs) will be refunded immediately, but no later than within 14 days of sending the notice.

Delivery and Return

Goods are delivered to the following countries: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Poland, Denmark, and Germany.

For receiving and returning the goods, the buyer has the following options:

  • Cargobus courier

  • DHL courier

  • Self pick-up

The shipping and return costs are borne by the buyer, and the relevant price information is shown next to the transport method.

Domestic shipments within Estonia generally arrive at the buyer’s specified destination within 1–3 business days after the rental agreement enters into force. Delivery outside Estonia takes place within 7 calendar days.

In exceptional cases, the Online Store has the right to deliver the goods within up to 45 calendar days.

Right of Withdrawal

After receiving the order, the renter has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the e-store within 14 days.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the renter is a legal entity.

To exercise the 14-day right of return, the rented goods must not be used in any way other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, as permitted when testing goods in a physical store.

If the goods have been used for purposes other than verifying their nature, characteristics, and functioning, or if they show signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refundable amount in accordance with the decrease in the value of the goods.

To return the goods, a withdrawal form for cancelling the rental must be submitted (form available here:)
and sent to the email address info@greensound.ee no later than 14 days after receiving the goods.

The return costs are borne by the renter, except if the reason for the return is that the product does not correspond to the order (e.g., incorrect or defective product).

The renter must return the goods within 14 days after submitting the withdrawal notice or provide proof that the goods have been handed over to the carrier within the aforementioned period.

Upon receiving the returned goods, the Online Store shall refund to the buyer, without delay and no later than within 14 days from the date of receiving the withdrawal notice, all amounts received from the buyer under the contract.

The Online Store may refuse to make the refund until it has received the item that is the subject of the contract or until the buyer has provided proof that they have returned the item, whichever occurs first.

If the buyer has explicitly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Online Store, the Online Store is not required to refund the cost exceeding the standard delivery cost.

The Online Store has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the return of the goods if the price of the goods in the Online Store was mistakenly marked significantly below the market price.

Right to Submit a Claim

The Online Store is responsible for any non-conformity or defect in the rented goods that existed at the time of delivery and becomes apparent within two years from the date the goods were handed over to the buyer. During the first one year after delivery, it is presumed that the defect existed at the time of delivery. The burden of proof to the contrary lies with the Online Store.

In the event of a defect, the renter has the right to contact the Online Store no later than two months after discovering the defect by sending an email to info@greensound.ee or by calling +372 678 0075.

The Online Store is not responsible for defects that arise after the rented goods have been handed over to the buyer.

If the goods rented from the Online Store have defects for which the Online Store is responsible, the Online Store shall repair or replace the defective goods. If repair or replacement is not possible, the Online Store shall refund all amounts associated with the rental agreement to the buyer.

The Online Store shall respond to the consumer’s complaint in writing or in a format reproducible in writing within 15 days.

Direct Marketing and Processing of Personal Data

The Online Store uses the personal data entered by the renter only for processing the order and sending the rented goods to the renter. The Online Store forwards personal data to transport service providers only for the purpose of delivering and returning the goods.

The Online Store sends newsletters and offers to the renter’s email address only if the renter has expressed their wish to receive them by entering their email address on the website and indicating their desire to receive direct marketing messages.

The renter can unsubscribe from email offers and newsletters at any time by notifying us by email or by following the instructions included in the marketing emails.

Dispute Resolution

If the renter has any complaints regarding the Online Store, they must be sent to the email address info@greensound.ee or submitted by calling +372 678 0075.

If the renter and the Online Store are unable to resolve the dispute by agreement, the renter may turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee. The procedural rules can be reviewed and an application submitted there. The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from contracts concluded between the renter and the Online Store. Review of the renter’s complaint by the committee is free of charge.

The renter may also turn to the European Union’s online dispute resolution (ODR) platform.
